I'm Ryan Moult, a dedicated therapist committed to supporting you on your journey toward greater well-being. I started providing therapy in the spring of 2022, and I specialize in helping with anxiety, depression, men’s mental health, and couples work.
My mission is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can face your challenges, grow your strengths, and hold onto lasting, positive change. To do so, I combine humour, honest reflection, and gentle curiosity with human-centered therapeutic interventions.
